How does remote prescription renewal work?
You answer a few questions about the medicines you take and confirm that your health has not changed. A doctor reviews your details in e-health and issues an e-prescription that you can collect at any pharmacy in Lithuania.
Is the sick leave certificate valid with Sodra?
Yes. A doctor of a licensed clinic issues it after a short conversation, and it is registered directly in the Sodra system.
What happens if the doctor decides you need to be seen in person?
The remote service is cancelled and your payment is refunded to your card in full, automatically.
Are calls recorded?
No. Phone and video calls are never recorded. The doctor only writes the medical records in e-health.
